Introduction:
Over to Netflix, the British-Canadian prime time teen drama “Geek Girl” is to be premiered on May 30th as an adaption of Holly Smale’s bestseller novel. The series depicts the life of the main character, Harriet Manners, an undersized nerd who learns the rough principle of high school. Her life immediately changes when one of the leading modelling agencies in London approaches her and offers her a career behind the lens of a glamorous fashion magazine. High school life and being a model are two worlds that cannot easily mix, high school life being a turmoil to Harriet and modelling being the glamorous life.
